The ministry thinks that Dumbledore has created a secret army and is planning to over though the ministry. Although Dumbledore does have a secret army that he does not know about. The army is called Dumbledore’s army but Harry created it. All the army is composed of is teenagers. But seen's Harry has so much experience he is prepared to teach them.
