2 NC’s Natural Resources Chapter 1 Section 3 Objectives 1.Describe the suitability for agriculture of the soil found in different regions. 2.Identify the wide variety of rocks, minerals, plants, and wildlife found in different regions. 3.Evaluate plant and animal species important to the state today. 4.Discuss the importance of offshore waters and inland water resources.
