District approves in principle, adds to Spend Plan (May?) Once ALL reports received, sends Spend Plan to TRF (Prior to June 30 th ) TRF approves “Spend Plan” and sends the funds to District Club implements project and report by end June District will distribute funds to clubs when project is COMPLETED and report is ACCEPTED Penalty !!! 22. Grant Status Clubs can start as soon as District gives the final “go-ahead”. When completed and FINAL report submitted and accepted, District will disburse funds. Approved Grants Clubs will be asked to make necessary revisions to the project and resubmit for acceptance. Grants Requiring Revision Clubs may review the application and reasons for rejection. A new project may be submitted. Rejected Grants
