8. 8 Sr No.Description 1 User will request to the local server for accessing the emtts application. 2 In case local server is not available user request/access the live server through the DSL with the static IP 3 Request is received by SRS through internet. It is responsible for keeping track of primary and DR site status. In case any one of the sites (Primary / DR) is not working, it redirects the traffic to other site. Service notifies(EMAIL, SMS) the concerned authorities in case of any network blockage or discontinuity. 4 SRS will handle the users requests and redirect them to the available site. 5,6,7,8System integrations at primary site include CMS, IPS, ep.gov.pk.com and IPS mobile delivery.

12. Separate EP Hosting 12 We were given the task to isolate EP website from pakpost intranet. EP website will be hosted separately from EMTTS application. Data from EMTTS will be replicated on separate EP database. Benefits  In worst scenario if EMTTS Primary and DR sites goes down, user still be able to get track of his article. Pakistan POST web existence/availability will be ensure 99.86%  Up time of 99.86%  24/7 availability  Backup plan
