2 Session Description Professional values and practices around relationship-based and evidence-based screening and assessment have a dynamic tension that can lead to frustration and confusion or motivation and insight for families and practitioners alike. The tipping point toward positive outcomes is grounded in intention and reflective practice. In this session participants will discuss and explore how to use screening and assessment to strengthen their working alliances with families and improve family and child outcomes.
