2 Sit comfortably in a chair. Feet on the floor. Hands gently resting on your lap

3 Take a deep breath in, hold for a few moments, ……then exhale slowly

4 Breathe in through your nose hold the breath for a few moments and then…. exhale slowly through your mouth….

5 Be mindful of the rhythm of your breath

6 Let any thoughts flow away as you continue to focus on your breath Breathing in……. hold……….. Breathing out……

8 Bring your attention back to the present moment…..
