2 Weather Map Stalled front over South Florida in combination with low pressure over Gulf providing moisture and focus for potential heavy rains and severe thunderstorms today.

3 Flood Watch Until 7 PM

4 3-5” in yellow/red. 5-7” in white and purple

5 Atmospheric Moisture Pointed At Florida

6 Radar Loop

7 Moderate Flood Potential: Water entering structures possible

8 Wind gusts 40-60 mph and isolated tornadoes possible primarily Collier/Broward/Miami- Dade/Mainland Monroe through 7 PM

9 Impacts Significant flooding of roads possible all of South Florida today. Isolated areas could see rain in excess of 5 inches, leading to water possibly entering structures. Strong/severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts 40-60 mph and isolated tornadoes possible Naples- Broward south.

10 Midnight Tonight Front east of area, rain ending overnight

11 Weekend Outlook Dry and cooler weather expected Saturday and Sunday. Highs in the 70s. Lows in the 50s. Good weather for outdoor events this weekend.
