30. Rule 5.105 & ICOTS Email reminders & Offenders Awaiting Retaking Report are tools to manage offenders subject to retaking. These offenders have with status of ‘Available’ by Receiving State & Response of ‘Warrant Issued/Requested’ by Sending State.
