17 Take a few moments to think about someone who you haven’t had a chance to thank. This person may have done something big, they may have done many things, or they may have done something small that made a difference for you. After you’ve collected your thoughts, take a few moments to write a thank you note.

18 Sometimes we all have difficult experiences that we are later able to appreciate. Often, hearing the perspective of others can help us think in divergent ways about lives challenges. For this activity, Please find a small group (5 to 6). One person will share an activity they find challenging (e.g. feeling isolated on night float). Next, they will pass the bean bag to someone who will offer something they are grateful for about the experience.
