2 Physical Features The Hopi’s lived in the deserts of Arizona. Near them, there was lots of canyons, sand dunes, and mesas.

3 Climate Where the Hopis lived, the deserts were very hot, dry, and sunny with little rain. In the winter. The deserts were colder. They had snow.

4 Natural Resources In the desert, the Hopis used:
Little water (from springs) Clay Coal Plants (the few that they had) Seeds (from the plants) Sticks Rocks Mud

5 Housing The houses for the Hopi were made of clay and rocks. The houses were mainly 2-3 stories. The front door was on the top of the house.

6 Clothing The clothing the Hopis wore were mostly robes made of cotton. In the winter. The Hopi wore coats and pants. The clothes the Hopi wore were sewn by the men

7 Arts and Crafts The Hopi are very famous for their beautiful pottery. They also made: Bowls Woven Baskets Prayer Sticks made from eagle feathers
