5 Be forewarned. You will be getting a lot of information but there is a lot of information that you need. It may seem overwhelming but you will have the material to take home with you for your future review. We will be trying to give you opportunity for both classroom and hands-on learning.

17 Service align tool. The service align tool is used as a visual light beam to align the optical path of the microscope and spectrometer. Used during the initial installation. Used for paper alignment.

20 Tools used to help align the system.
Macro customer align tool. 1st tool to be aligned to. Rim assembly mirror is adjusted so the service laser hit the pinhole. Align tool is stored inside optical vertical casting.

Spectrograph customer align tool. 2nd tool to be aligned to. Macro/micro mirror assembly is adjusted so the service laser hit the pinhole. Align tool is stored inside optical vertical casting.

27 Customer align tool. This tool provides the system with light to align the internal optics. This tool is used to fine tune the fine adjust assemblies.

Third/final edition of customer align tool Fiber optics cable is wound internally. No feeding plate through the stage Able to use on the XR-Si stage.

30 Customer align tool is placed on stage as would a sample slide.

31 Almega Si system Large 200 or 300 mm wafer stage.
Motorized noise piece for changing the objective size. (Standard) Window allows viewing during placement of wafer. Rail mount system. Same rugged Rim tube.
