2. Intelligent Buildings Roadmap (IBRM) Technology Roadmap for Intelligent Buildings (TRM) was written in 2002 and needs updating. Property of Federal Government and, unless involved in rewrite, TRM can only be used as reference to produce the IBRM. TRM focused on commercial, institutional and high- rise residential buildings and provided an in-depth examination of intelligent buildings technologies.

3. Intelligent Buildings Roadmap Project Plan Requirements Task Force for project scope definition. Steering Cttee to contribute to & oversee the content of the report. Sponsor(s) to fund the project: –Governments, Research or Training Institutes. –Private enterprises. Contractor to conduct the research and produce the report. IBRM project is projected to secure 10 contributors @$15K US = $150K. Panduit Corp., CABA Board Member, already committed their share to fund the project.
