7 Click to edit Master title style Click to edit Master text styles Second level Third level Fourth level Fifth level Process for Establishing Cut Scores Eighty-one Arizona educators participated in the AzMERIT Standard Setting Workshop Using the Bookmark method, these panelists recommended performance standards (cut scores) for AzMERIT utilizing various group formations Standards were compared to International, National and Consortium tests ACT National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Commonly referred to as the Nation’s Report Card SMARTER BALANCE Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) International assessment Consistency and reliability in scores were the results
