Engaging with our Covalent Users Once upon a time, 3 years ago There was a performance management team fiddling with Covalent at Forest Heath District Council Following the final CPA inspection, they lived happily ever after… (or at least until CAA)

Looking back to 3 years ago CPA Dec 2004 Corporate assessment category: Fair Performance Management score: 2 “A performance management framework is in place but is not driving performance. A performance culture is still to be developed” Audit Commission Covalent’s part in embedding the pm culture January 2006 – 14 occasional Covalent users
