6 Plan This will be called Homeless In Need (H.I.N) This will be called Homeless In Need (H.I.N) My program is trying to get our brothers and sisters off the streets and to show them that people really do care about them and are not just talking with no action. The program will focus on the men that our not able to take showers, do not know where there next meal is coming from but most important the homeless in the urban areas.My program is trying to get our brothers and sisters off the streets and to show them that people really do care about them and are not just talking with no action. I will employ about 20 people in doing so I will help bring jobs back to the city. There will be numerous positions that will be needed to be filled. The main positions consist of the director, the asst. director, the facilitator, the home placement director, Head chef.
