You waive copyright on any content uploaded to Google docs Content is indexed and available via Google search UTMB does not index iSpace with Google search Extensive formatting in documents (i.e. unique fonts, tables, formulas, etc) are lost in the tranlation from office documents to Google documents Google is not centralized…availability is not guaranteed

6. iSpace Facts: 5 GB for students, 10 GB for employees Available from any location with an internet connection One of first applications brought up in Arlington Data Center (ARDC) in a disaster recovery scenario Share documents (read or read/write permissions) w/ any person that has an email address Manage your own permissions All uploaded content is fully indexed w/in the iSpace program for your searching convenience Advanced features include: versioning, activity logging, workflows, and document classification, etc School of Nursing
