Timeline Field Test was successfully delivered Spring 2015 502 students/17 districts/84 schools Currently scoring, calibrating items, preparing operational forms and documentation States are identifying operational vendors for 2015-16 Test will be delivered on a variety of platforms WV ELPA 21 Webinars - December 3, 2015 – 2:00 P.M. (Accommodations) - December 9, 2015-2:00 P.M. (Technical) - January 12, 2016-2:00 P.M.(Assessment Administration) Screener will be available Fall 2016 ELPA21 is funded through September 2016 at which point the full assessment system will shift to its sustainability partner – CRESST of UCLA

Overview The ELPA21 Communications and Outreach Team has prepared a significant quantity of useful communications materials for ELPA21 states These materials are available to you and your staff States must be not only aware of these tools exist, but have easy access to them and a state ELPA21 representative to support state outreach to schools and districts for the first operational year of ELPA21

6. How do we know states need these communications- specific materials? Idea for communications support across SEA/LEA staff was generated in a consortium council meeting State staff surveys Communications Task Force meetings (of which Robert Crawford is a member) Email requests sent to communications@elpa21.org and info@elpa21.orgcommunications@elpa21.orginfo@elpa21.org Access to ELP Standards PD modules Hardware specifications for the assessment(s) Field Test Survey results from participating states Too many emails; content quality and quantity was right, but the dissemination and timing were not
