3 Virtual Community Feasibility Timeline considerations – Possible within our required timeframe! – Must be functional no later that September 2016 – Acknowledge we could coordinate with leverage during in-person event Budget considerations – Possible within our grant budget – Dollars must be spread across administrative costs, in-person event, and virtual community (website project) Grant requirements – Given use of federal dollars, must be in compliance with Section 508 standards for website use by people with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities – Need to incorporate standards in all design and development 3
