Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!4 Lectures and Homework Page Only 1 person has the 3 rd edition –Instructor & student will figure out how to do communicate the HW problems to that one person

Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!5 Late Work Unless otherwise stated, all work (homeworks) and assessments (exams, quizzes, presentations) must be complete, and handed in/ready-to-go, at the beginning of class. For work that is handed in, it will be accepted later that same day, with a 10% point penalty, only if you secure the instructor's permission (verbally or in writing) first –In other words, make sure you talk to the instructor before you assume that you can hand it in late. Work will not be accepted past the day that it's due.

Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!6 Late Work All late work should be handed in to room 154, where they will stamp it with the time that it was handed in at. Homework will not be accepted if it's handed in anywhere else, or handed into room 154 WITHOUT a time-stamp.

Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!7 Exam Calculators can do most of what you’re required to do Therefore, showing only an answer (even a correct one) will get 0 points on the exam/homework You must show all work, to demonstrate that you know what’s going on, for full credit.

Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!8 Exam Your calculator’s memory WILL be reset immediately before the exam Save anything you want to keep prior to the exam!

Math 120: Pre-Calculus 2!9 Exam Ideas These ideas aren’t necessarily what will happen They’re good to start thinking about. Each problem is given, and so is the answer, and your job is to fill in the work in between. Cheatsheet/crib card: Let’s decide this later, but for now, practice assuming that you won’t have one.
