3 17.02.2016 Seite 3 Page 3 GTZ – Cities Development Initiative CDIA is a regional partnership programme supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the governments of Germany, Sweden and Spain to assist medium sized Asian cities to bridge the gap between their development plans and the implementation of their infrastructure investments. CDIA uses a demand driven approach to support the identification and development of urban investment projects in the framework of existing city development plans that emphasize one or more of the following impact areas:  Urban environmental improvement  Urban poverty reduction  Climate change mitigation or adaptation  Good urban governance 17.02.2016 Project 1
