20. Dear Church (Ekklesia): If you allow self-serving, egomaniacs to lead you, you will never be free from spiritual tyranny and crushing disappointment…

21. Dear Church Leader: If the primary inner conversation (which drives your aspiration to leadership) is based on comparison with others, you will “poison the well.”

23. Self-absorbed leaders are always in the process of reducing followers to something “countable.”

24. When for Christ’s sake leaders get small, followers have room to get big.
