4. The LTE “Cloud-based” Smartphone The “Media Portal” is built using Web 2.0 and cloud computing technologies. The PC is running a “thin client” that is web based with widgets to perform certain functions and features. Media Portal “widgets” are the “Apps” of the LTE Smartphone All of the Apps shown are running simultaneously over a live LTE Connection The demo is presented on a large touch screen monitor to simulate what the experience would be like for an end user on his/her wireless mobile device.
