Combining Two Diverse Projects Step 1: Negotiate, compromise, and find common similarities in the structure and overall purpose of our project goal ◦ Explanation of projects ◦ New mission statement:  To create a learning environment where all students, from various countries, could learn how to negotiate and work together through the understanding of one another’s cultures, due to the increasingly cross cultural workforce.
