Now one system deployed identically in 5 countries  iTEC – Germany, Spain, UK, now joined by Netherlands, with expectations of Poland and Norway joining soon, working with Indra  CO-FLIGHT – France, Italy, Switzerland

15 Letové prevádzkové služby Slovenskej republiky, štátny podnikwww.lps.sk ANSPs Are Working Together  Commercial agreements:  ESSP (European Satellite Service Providers) jointly started + owned by DFS, DSNA, ENAIRe, ENAV, NATS, NAVPortugal & skyguide to manage EGNOS Open Service, Safety of Life Service, EGNOS Data Access Service (EDAS)  Cross-industry initiative:  SESAR DM – ANSP (A6) initiated joined by airlines and airports  ANSP Initiatives in development  Remote towers (remote tower centres)

16 Letové prevádzkové služby Slovenskej republiky, štátny podnikwww.lps.sk ANSPs Are Working Together  EC initiatives support and requests:  Better Regulation initiative (Timmermans initiative) fully supported by ANSPs  EC should resist the temptation to create new regulation around industrial partnerships so as not to stifle innovation. There are considerable success stories already (as above), we do not need to stop future developments provided they comply with competition law, etc.  Help to create a Social Dialogue that persuades social partners of the positive aspects of the SES and diminishes the industrial actions,etc.
