STUDENT PLACEMENT PROCESS Student placements in Math, English, Science, Social Studies and International Language are made by VHHS department supervisors with input from the following sources: MAP & PSAT 8/9 test scores – December & January 8 th grade teacher evaluation of student – January High School & Middle School articulation - January 6

7. INDIVIDUAL STUDENT PLACEMENT Academic course recommendations will be mailed the last week of January. English Math International Language Science Social Studies You MUST use these recommendations to complete your pink course request form. 7

8. Student Placement  If you have questions about placement, please contact the respective Department Supervisor at VHHS prior to February 8, 2016 to discuss the placement. 8

Optional individual enrollment appointments: February 8 at Hawthorn Middle Schools from 1:30 to 3:30 or February 10 th at VHHS from 11:45 to 3:45. Call VHHS for an appointment: 847-932-2002 3.
