7 6 Mercer Benefits Survey deliverables  Benefits survey reports are packaged and delivered via Mercer BenefitsMonitor (MBM)  MBM is sold by country (or cities in the case of China)  Membership is one year beginning from the date of given access  MBM is a rolling database and is updated twice yearly – Jan and July.  Clients are able to submit data outside of the data survey cycle – Data will then be updated in MBM in the next scheduled upload.  Clients may choose to get access to MBM – Upon data submission OR – When their data is uploaded according to the survey schedule  Clients can access MBM via their iMercer account once access has been granted
