2 University Center Hangout space – lounges, 25 meeting rooms, offices/services Roost Gameroom Events Management Information Center Art Gallery YTD 2015 UC Events – 10,884 Avg. Daily Visitors: 18 - 22,000 UC Programs: 120+ annual student events Weekly movies Game Tournaments Rowdy Gras Hypnotist/Comedian Late Night BBQ Kickback at the UC – Roadrunner Days Live music – Hippie Sabotage/Yung Nation

3 Fee Proposal Current - $10 per SCH – minimum $40 / maximum $120 semester No increase in FY17 Increase $.70 per semester credit hour FY18

4 Intended Use Ongoing facility maintenance – UC North (29 /19 years old) Roof, HVAC, Sliding doors, Lighting upgrades Increase in student pay – Work Study UC employees 100 - 150 students each Fall/Spring $8 per hour to $9 per hour (FY16) $9 per hour to $10 per hour (FY17) Equipment/supplies expense increase average 3% each year

5 Intended Use Upcoming renovation/remodel projects -Digital migration of meeting rooms (VGA to HDMI) -Carpet/Furniture replacement -Interior/exterior painting -Installation of more power/data outlets -Replace/improve outdoor seating Expansion of UC programming – increased summer enrollment Explore extension of building operating hours
