Submission Guidelines DOCUMENT FORMAT o Please send your articles in MS WORD file o Send images separately in.jpeg format (no more than 2 photos) o Please rename the image with its captions. o Excessive tabulation of data or large tables should be avoided. TITLE o The font size of the title and sub-title of the article is 14, Times New Roman, Bold. o Title should be informative and specific, not to exceed 10 words MAIN TEXT o The main text must be typed in 11 Times New Roman, single-spaced. In general, the submitted articles, with author’s information, and two images (at most), should not exceed one page, NAME OF AUTHOR AND AFFILIATION o List each author’s first, middle and last name and affiliation. LINKS o You can also include a link to your Section or SB website LANGUAGE o Papers must be written in English. Spelling and grammar should be checked. o Please avoid using local jargon or abbreviations as the newsletter is read in many countries where IEEE members may not be familiar with those expressions.
