Advanced Metering Working Group (AMWG) SMT Successfully Implemented the December 19-20, 2015 Release: ◦ Corrected Deficiencies and Usability Defects, such as:  Modification of functionality to provide Third Party scheduled report expiration to automatically align with customer Energy Data Agreement end date.  Addition of the screen message “It may take a few moments to authenticate your information and obtain your usage data” for customers after login while they are waiting for their landing page  Addition of ROR friendly/switch names to the SMT ROR search drop down during customers registering for a new SMT account. This will assist customers in finding their ROR.  Change of the naming of the Residential Customer report export button from the incorrect title “Export Report in Excel” to the correct title of “Export Report in CSV”. 11. RMS January 5 th Meeting: Only 2 voting items were identified and discussed during the agenda planning call. All Working Groups with the exception of the Advanced Metering Working Group (AMWG) had provided their December meeting updates during the December 9 th RMS. ERCOT stated their monthly reports may not be available for RMS’ review due to the early January 5 th meeting date. Quorum concerns with the New Year’s holiday weekend and potential weather events that could affect flight delays/cancellations to Austin. Conclusion: January 5, 2016 RMS was cancelled.
