2 TNMP’s Database Version Upgrade TNMP Planned Maintenance Outage: ◦ During the outage, the supporting databases will be upgraded to a newer version of Oracle. The outage is lengthy in order to allow a controlled start-up after the outage, to process backlogged data prior to declaring completion, and to allow enough time for the planned contingent back-out in the event that problems arise. Days Affected: ◦ Saturday, 09/26/2015, 08:00 AM to Monday, 09/28/2015, 06:00 AM During this outage: ◦ TNMP will be able to receive EDI transactions, but will hold them for processing until the outage is complete. AMS-related service orders that need to be worked on Saturday should be sent to TNMP using the market-defined safety process and they will be manually worked through TNMP’s AMS System. Automated Advanced Meter service order processing will be delayed until completion of the outage. ◦ LSE data files for reading data dated 09/25/2015 and 09/26/2015 will be delayed to ERCOT and Smart Meter Texas Portal (SMTP) until 09/28/2015. ◦ The TNMP IDR Data Viewer will be unavailable for use.
