Managing Data Sheets

When you see a Red circle or a next button, like this, that means we want you to click on something. These are the same steps you’ll take when you’re working with your patients. For now, let’s go ahead and click “Next”. Welcome to ABPathfinder! I’m Abbie, and I’ll be leading you through management of data sheets. Next There is just one thing before we get started. Throughout this guide, I’ll ask for your help.

The caseload dashboard provides you with 4 different widgets that can help manage your patients’ data sheets. Next

Here I see that I have 2 data sheets that have not been started for my patient and one that is currently in progress Next

In progress – data sheet has been opened and has data collected on it. Complete – data sheet has been completed and no further data can be collected on the sheet unless it is re- opened. A data sheet can be in five different statuses. Definition – the data sheet is still in define mode and has not yet been completed by the Lead/BCBA. Pending (late) – a data sheet has been finished by the Lead/BCBA but no data have been collected on the sheet. Finally, a data sheet can be unassigned. This means that it is not assigned to any therapist or therapy team.

If your data sheet is in a complete status and you need to reopen the data sheet click on the tools icon and then reopen. Next From the tools icon (depending on your roles) you can delete a data sheet. It is important to remember that if a data sheet is deleted the data that are associated with that data sheet will also be deleted.

You’ve now been through the basics of managing your data sheets in our ABPathfinder Therapy Support Software, I encourage you to keep exploring what it can do for you.
