13 Consolidation  Role-play Suppose you are a tour leader. You are having a drink in a bar. You need some brandy. You ask the bartender what kinds of brandy they have. And you’d like to have a Remy Martine. The bartender greets you and tells you what they serve. Make up a dialogue between you and the bartender.

14 Assignments 1.Learn by heart the dialogue “A La Carte Dinner” and then practice the dialogue in pair. 2.Study the Restaurant Etiquette and do a group presentation next class.
