3. SBA scores in Illuminate may be found in the following places: 1. Widgets on Dashboard 2. Student profiles 3. Reports

4. SBA Scores in Illuminate Widgets on Dashboard Add widget to Dashboard (if not already there) From Dashboard, click “Add Widget” and chose widget. State Assessment – Performance Summary Choose year, test, and type Use widget to view student summary (see example) Click the score band and it will show students currently on your rosters. Shows scores only, no claims, strands, categories, etc. Use ‘roster’ widget to view students’ profiles You may also use the Search Bar directly (see next page)

5. SBA Scores in Illuminate Student profiles Use ‘Roster’ Widget to view students’ profiles Click student from Roster Widget on Dashboard Will show SBA scores only Search for Student directly from Search Bar Double Click Student Name in profile for SBA score

6. SBA Scores in Illuminate Reports Click reports tab (at top) Select “List Reports” Look under ‘TABS’, select SBA, and click ‘SEARCH’ You will see 3 reports listed: Performance Summary Report Student Roster Report Student Report

7. SBA Scores in Illuminate Tips and Hints: When setting parameters in Reports, be sure to select the correct YEAR for the tests and remember, we only have scores for seniors at this point! Lost?
