3 Purpose: To help college students lead an unlimited life with limited money.

4 Background:  In 2010, there are 1,022,000 college students and about 777,000 of them have to apply student loan for study.  On October,2012, the Consumer price index is 2.36% which is near the inflation standard 3%.  Taiwan’s jobless rate in September is 4.32% ↓  Spending $ > Saving $

5 Scope: ‧ Interview JinSun Bank Tainan Branch’s manager before the end of January. ‧ Deliver questionnaire to 80 Wenzao students before January 11.

6 Theoretical framework: I ‧ Money management strategies: (REASIE A, H., Janice G, W., & David, Y) said that Money management include "regular generation of financial statements; budgeting; control of spending; recording income and expenses, and tax, insurance, investment, retirement and estate planning."

7 II. Budgeting:  (V. Rajasekaran, & R. Lalitha) said that a budget is a plan for some specific future period. It is an estimate, expressed in monetary terms in advance.

8 Its main features are …  It is a method of thinking ahead for a specific time.  It tries to solve the problem it may arise.  Goals are forecast and summarized in the form of projected financial statements.  Budgeting is a process of allocation of resources.

9 III. Investment  (S.S.KAPTAN) said that investment is the employment of funds with the aim of achieving additional income or growth in value.

10 IV. Time Deposit  ( Gonzales C,.) said that time deposits are interest-bearing bank deposit products that have a fixed term or period, during which they cannot be withdrawn.

11 V. Mutual Fund  (Northcott A,.) said that mutual funds are means to invest in something along with other people.

12 VI. Insurance  (Lloyds) Insurance is the main way for businesses and individuals to reduce the financial impact of a risk occuring.

13 Method:  Interview JinSun Bank manager how can college student invest fund.  Design complete questionnaire by the end of December.  Deliver questionnaire to 80 Wenzao students before January 11.

14 Limitations:  With the limited time ↓ only can do limited research ↓ Focus on easy money management ways
