9 BROADER QUESTIONS  How do the different designs and PD delivery systems affect implementation, student achievement, and other measures?  What is the role of teacher facilitation?  How can we best support teachers to maximize the potential of these tools?  How might computer technology be used to support the development of teacher content and pedagogical knowledge ?  How might students use the sim as a tool for communication, particularly ELL students?  What affordances might sims provide for more equitable classrooms?  What are students’ perspectives of the practices that best support them to learn? 9
