Gates Foundation Fall 2015 In partnership with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce  Facilitate regional roundtables designed to gather input and raise awareness of needs and options for meeting them.  Produce a summary document for the KCTCS Board of Regents and other key stakeholders that synthesizes the regional dialogues and presents issues and questions for the Board to consider in finalizing the KCTCS Strategic Plan 2016-2022.  Conduct a retreat/learning session for the KCTCS Board of Regents to consider opportunities and challenges to be addressed and potential targets for change and innovation.
