6. History of Duck Hunt Released October 18 th, 1985 Creation based on the electronic toy version Beam Gun: Duck Hunt Duck Hunt was created to prove to American that the NES wasn’t a video game. – This is the reason for the simplicity and almost boringness of the game.

7. My Idea: Impossible Duck Hunt Duck Hunt Mod Create Duck Hunt, but give the player no bullets or when shot at they fly away right away instead of dying. This idea comes from the game mods of Cory Arcangel – Taking classic 8-bit games and making them impossible or taking things out of them to change the gameplay. – Space Invader Mod Space Invader Mod Iconic NES game that most people can recognize. Everyone hates the dog laughing at you when you miss, this will happen for all 10 ducks then the game will end. Each duck will fly across the screen a couple times, then fly away.
