4 Subjects that work under the NRN partners, are the subjects actively involved in rural development. These are mainly at national and regional level: 1) government responsible for the development of rural areas, including the institutions responsible for the Structural Funds (mainly the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Minister of Infrastructure and Development, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMA) and the Agricultural Market Agency); 2) Voivodships, municipalities and counties; 3) professional organizations; 4) cooperative organizations; 5) Chambers of Agriculture; 6) business; 7) research units; 8) NGOs working in the agri-food sector and involved in the programming of local development; 9) the agricultural advisory units; 10) the nature conservation services; 11) Local Action Groups (LAGs), their acting formally and informally network and other networks relevant to the activities on rural development at the local level; 12) secondary and higher education. NRN is open, so the circle of those working with the NRN can constantly expand, depending on the needs of the same companies directly interested in this cooperation.

5 For NRN developed an action plan for 2014-2020. The action plan is being implemented on the basis of two-year operational plans.

6 The action plan includes: 1) indication of the period during which will be implemented; 2) to identify priorities and objectives of the NRN, which will be implemented; 3) a description of the actions foreseen in Art. 54 paragraph. 3 point b regulation referred to in § 1 point 3, and the Programme, setting out their objectives: 4 ) the criteria and method for selecting the operations to a two-year operational plans and the manner of selection of implementing them ; 5 ) the financing plan indicating the estimated amounts and the total value of the implementation of activities ; 6 ) indicators to monitor implementation of the measures ; 7 ) the extent and manner : a) evaluate the implementation of actions, b) make information every six months and every two years on the implementation of the two-year operational plans and biennial reports on the implementation of the action plan, based on data provided by entities implementing those plans ; 8) mode : a) issuing opinions information and reports by regional working groups and a working group, b ) reporting by regional working groups proposed recommendations on amendments to the action plan and two-year operational plans and issuing a recommendation by the working group on these changes

7 The two-year operational plans include: 1. indication of the period during which will be implemented ; 2.description of the operations planned for implementation, including in particular: the name of the operation that range is consistent with the description of one activity included in the Action Plan, Priority Programme and aim NRN with which the operation is compatible, form for the operation, audience surgery, timetable for the operation, indicators for monitoring the implementation of the operation, budget operations ; financial plan broken down by the action covered by the plan of action, including identification of the estimated amounts and the total value of all operations planned in the context of individual actions

8 The Working Group for NRN on country level, selected by the Ministry of Agriculture by ordinance, a subsidiary body in the functioning of the NRN, which includes representatives from regional units and actors for rural development at national level. The tasks of the Working Group for NRN include: approval of the action plan, two-year operational plans and their changes; to comment on reports and information prepared on the basis of an action plan for periodic review of the implementation of this plan and two-year operational plans, including issuing recommendations on their changes; ensuring the exchange of subject knowledge, analytical and facilitate cooperation between the partners NRN by the ability to create thematic groups at the national level. In the regions there are, selected by resolution, advisory and consultative bodies in the field of the Network in the province, which include representatives of the actors in the field of rural development in a given voivodship, the provincial working group. Their tasks include: opinions on proposals for an action plan NRN, proposals for amendments to the plan and two-year operational plans and their changes at the regional level; to comment on reports and information prepared on the basis of an action plan for periodic review of the implementation of this plan and two-year operational plans, including making proposals on the recommendation of their changes; ensuring the exchange of subject knowledge, analytical and facilitate cooperation between the partners NRN by the ability to create thematic groups at the regional level.

9 The Monitoring Committee NRN cooperate with the Monitoring Committee of the RDP 2014-2020, including through the exchange of information concerning the implementation of individual measures of the Programme between members of the Committee and network partners. In accordance with Art. 13 Reg 808/2014 - Managing Authority presents the strategy of information and publicity, as well as any subsequent amendments to the MC - not later than 6 months after the adoption of the RDP. The MA informs at least once a year, the MC about the progress in the implementation of information strategies and the analysis of the results, as well as the planned information and promotion activities, to be carried out next year.
