4 Chapter 9IS for Management4 MISs Output  Scheduled Report : Produced periodically, frequently on a schedule  Key-Indicator Report: Summarizes the previous period’s critical activities, available at the beginning of each period  Demand Report: Gives information requested by a manager  Exception Report: Automatically produced when a situation is unusual or requires management action based on parameters set by management  Drill Down Report: Provides detailed data about a situation
