2 Young life In Tupelo, Mississippi, shortly before dawn, in a two-room house built by her husband, Vernon Presley, and her brother-in-law, Gladys Presley gives birth to twin sons. The first, Jessie Garon, is born. The second, Elvis Aaron, is born alive and healthy. Elvis would be their only child. He was born on January 8, 1935 On January 19,1953 like all young Americans men at the time all men were required to register for the military. Elvis entered the military on March 24, 1978 and had spent three days at the Fort Chaffee, Arkansas, Reception Station. He left active duty at Fort Dix, New Jersey, on March 5, 1960 and received his discharge from the Army reserve on March 23,1964 March 6, 1974

8 Family Elvis married Pricilla Presley. Pricilla was Born May 24, 1945 in Brooklyn New York she is now 68 years old. Elvis married Pricilla at age 24 and she was 21. His first and only child Lisa Marie Presley is a songwriter and singer. Lisa was born in Memphis Tennessee on February 1, 1968, she is at the age 45.

9 Death Elvis Presley died on August 16,1977 in Memphis
Elvis died at ate 42 and the cause was heart attack Elvis’s was originally buried at Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis Tennessee. A group of men tried to steal Elvis’s coffin, his parents grave sites were also at risk. In October 1977 the family was moved to Graceland they were re-interred in the Meditation Garden which had created during the mid-1960s as a place for a quiet reflection. He buried underneath a angel structure.
