2. The first phones
This history focuses on communication devices which connect wirelessly to the public switched telephone network. The transmission of speech by radio has a long and varied history going back to Reginald Fessenden's invention and shore-to-ship demonstration of radio telephony. The first mobile telephones were barely portable compared to today's compact hand-held devices. Along with the process of developing more portable technology, drastic changes have taken place in the networking of wireless communication and the prevalence of its use.

3. Modern phones
Modern phones are much more developed as you can go onto the internet, take images/videos and get apps.
Memory - how much memory you need.
Hardware - a closer look at batteries and processors.
Software - smartphone operating systems and app stores.
Entertainment - cameras, web browsers, music players
Connectivity - the common ways of connecting your device, from Bluetooth to 4G.

4. Impacts of technology
In the uses of Modern technology is simply an advancement of old technology, the impact of technology in modern life is unmeasurable, we use technology in different ways and some times the way we implement various technologies ends up harming our lives or the society we leave in. What we call modern technology is technically not so new in most cases. For example, mobile phone technology has evolved with years, now days we use smart phones which have been an advancement of an ordinary mobile phone. modern phones

5. The downside of modern phones
Our phones can do so much these days that some people have trouble tearing themselves away long enough to reconnect with the real world. You’ve likely seen them around town, on public transportation, and in stores with their eyes and fingers glued to their mobile device. Instead of interacting with the people around them, they ignore face-to-face conversation for virtual ones.
Many believe that our younger generation is actually less capable of normal socializing because of this. They’ve gotten so little practice that they’re simply not comfortable with chatting with someone they meet out in public. Since humans are social creatures by nature who need real life connections, this runs the risk of becoming a huge problem for society.

6. Hacking
Hacking=A hacker may break into a system just out of curiosity or for the challenge - can they get through the system’s defences? But, it is more likely that they are breaking in to access data, usually because the data has value.
