14  Site Visit  Visit by team of external internationalization experts  Review of survey data & learner outcomes  Evaluate implementation plan for strengths & weaknesses

15 Thinking about engineering… We’d like to hear your input!  How many of you have studied or speak a foreign language, have lived or worked abroad, have foreign employees or colleagues, trade connections or projects abroad?  How does your work involve the world? To what extent?  What international/intercultural competencies and skill sets do you think would be useful to young engineers graduating over the next ten years?  What might MSU offer so that students can gain these? (specialized courses or seminars, additional foreign languages, internships abroad, study abroad for intercultural and language skills, faculty- led short programs abroad, collaborative projects via distance technology, senior projects that work to solve real world problems/needs abroad, etc.) Which would be most valuable?  How many of you have studied or speak a foreign language, have lived or worked abroad, have foreign employees or colleagues, trade connections or projects abroad?  How does your work involve the world?
