2 SALES TEAM SEMINAR MHD FRANCE M&C TRAINING SESSION WHO: MHD CP Sales Team (Prestige & Trendy) WHEN: April 2012 WHERE: Epernay OBJECTIVES: ♦Display M& grand gestures and savoir-faire ♦Boost M&C wine knowledge and credibility ♦Present and promote M&C Wine Credo ♦Reinforce GV knowledge and understanding. 3 MOËT & CHANDON APÉRITIF @ HÔTEL CHANDON ♦Objectives :  Display Moët & Chandon grand gestures and savoir-faire amongst MHD sales force. ♦Actions :  An apéritif in the hall of the Hôtel Chandon  A four meters tall champagne pyramid was served by a sommelier.

4 MOËT & CHANDON GALA DINNER @ HÔTEL CHANDON ♦Objectives :  Boost M&C wine knowledge and credibility  Encourage Grand Vintage food pairing and display M&C savoir-faire. ♦Actions :  - A dinner in the Hôtel Chandon prepared by Pascal Tingaud, head chief of Moët Chandon. Each dish was especially chosen to match Grand Vintage 2002 of Grand Vintage Rosé 2002.  - The main dish and the dessert were served « à la française », a Moët & Chandon tradition.

5 WORKSHOP 1 – WINE CREDO PRESENTATION ♦Objectives :  Present and promote Moët & Chandon Wine Credo amongst the MHD sales force.  Give them tools to present and defend Moët & Chandon wine credibility. ♦Actions :  Presentation of the Wine Credo by Stephane Henry, International education manager  Distribution of practical tools (USB keys with informations, leaflets).

6 WORKSHOP 2 - GRAND VINTAGE 2004 TASTING @ TRIANON ♦Objectives :  - Discover Grand Vintage and Grand Vintage Rosé new vintage 2004 before its release.  Promote product knowledge and understanding of Grand Vintage amongst sales force. ♦Actions :  - Product tasting and presentation directed by Benoît Gouez, Chef de caves at Moët & Chandon in the Résidence du Trianon.

7 WORKSHOP 3 – CELLAR VISIT ♦Objectives :  Reinforce the sales force knowledge of the Moët & Chandon history, DNA and its legacy of oenological “savoir-faire”. ♦Actions :  A guided tour of Moët & Chandon cellar and historical venues..
