6 Resolution of Problems Have photo-specialist visually display suggestive items to customers Train weaker employees on salesmanship skills Importance of offering superior customer service to increase service For accountability, put one person in-charge of re- ordering lab supplies & to make sure that the product is available for customers The photo-lab should be clean, neat & organized at all times Maintain good lab condition

8 The plan Have meeting with photo lab staff to explain initiatives & to clarify their role in my project during meeting I will emphasize the importance of customer service as it relates to then and overall. Sales and the importance of suggestive sales how it benefits them and the store. Establish list of promotional add-on items for the specialist to refer to daily to increase suggestive sales. Inform customers of online ordering. Check for specialist PMs daily; offer encouragement & support to staff to increase suggestive selling. Check 1 hour on-time reports daily Check photo-lab at the end of every shift to ensure it is clean, neat and organized.

9 Resources used Technology  KPI to check system ordering and profit, photo sales status.  SIMS- To order supplies for photo department-chemicals, papers.  Picture Care Plus- tracks customer order and pick-up time, customer history.

11 What I learned from the project  There is a strong link to suggestive sales & customer service.  The more satisfied customers are, the more they are willing to spend time on extra services we offer.
