2. Field Education: Weekly Tracking Sheet

3. In D2L, select your Field Education Course.

4. Click on Content

5. Click on Weekly Tracking Sheet on left menu. Then click on the FED Weekly Tracking Sheet.

6. Click on Download and save Tracking Sheet to your computer or flashdrive.

7. Save Tracking Sheet to your computer or flashdrive.

8. Fill out all required fields in form.

9. To select the learning contract items performed each week, double click in the appropriate box(es).

10. On the pop-up text box, select “Checked” and then OK.

11. You will now see an X in the selected box(es). Save your changes.

12. Click on Dropbox. Click on Weekly Tracking Sheet of appropriate week.

13. Follow screen prompts to upload your document.

15. Select file from your computer or flashdrive. Click Open.

16. Follow screen prompts to complete your submission.

19. You have successfully submitted your Weekly Tracking Sheet.
