INTRODUCTION Education under Skill Development is Our main focus Our identity: Our ideals: Our Ideas On weekly basis a lot of youth take to drugs as a result of joblessness and frustration thereby losing their sanity to drugs, while some perpetuates in-human act and robbery, child labor is now the order of the day all this and many more call for youth’s empowerment and job creation In Africa we are used to the theoretical approach to learning and not skill based learning thereby producing set of graduates who are certified but not fortified for the world market. 4. THE PROBLEM Unemployment:  Every year in year out thousands of students graduate from school with no grantee for an available job for them, these challenge has posed a question in the mind of students whether schooling is necessity or a luxury. The Creators Hacker 2015 4

5. HOW IT HAS BEEN TACKLED?  Introduction of technical and vocational education by the government, yet they graduate and add up to the unemployed rate because they are inadequately trained to fit into the job market as well as be entrepreneurs. The Creators Hacker 2015 5

METHODOLOGY/ STRATEGY  Training (T)  Admitting students into various fields (Entertainment, arts, science and technology)  Sponsoring (s)  Providing funds for their projects  Linking them to experts in need of their fields for services  Promoting (P)  Advertising their skills and selling them out to companies. THE IMPACT  The impact of this training is massive, because there will be jobs available for the youth and the unemployed persons and that will decrease crime.  It will raise ambidextrous leaders able to adapt, adopt and adjust to changes, challenges and chances at the speed of thought.  It will fortify and certify creative minds with the tools necessary to work hard and live above hard work.  It will school talent into skills via mind-setting activities.
