5. 2 MAIN PURPOSES PTW SYSTEM:
1) COMMUNICATION – INFORMATION
TO BE SURE THAT ALL RELEVANT ENTITIES ARE AWARE OF THE JOB TO BE PERFORMED.
2) RISK ASSESSMENT
TO ENSURE THAT:
ALL HAZARDS & RISK ASSOCIATED TO THE WORK HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.
ALL RELEVANTS PRECAUTIONS IN ORDER TO MANAGE HAZARD AND ASSOCIATED RISK HAVE BEEN DEFINED.

6. A Permit to work is not just a piece of paper, it is a “contract” between different parties. READ IT !! IN CASE OF ANY DOUBT ASK
By signing you engage your responsibility for part of the work process.
Always fully adhere to the work permit, any hange may have serious consequences for yourself and for others!

7. WORKING IN NATIONAL PARK
We are working in National Park.
We don’t want to have any damage to local flora and fauna.
Animals you can „meet” here: baboons, warthogs, tse-tse flies, snakes.
Don’t go outside rig site after dusk.
Don’t throw food outside fence – it could attract animals to „visit us”.
Travelling from and to Camp between 7 am and 7 pm only.
