2 Marketing Campaigns and Media Support Includes: Annual Report, Economy Matters, Event Marketing [PA Forums, ECONversations, ViewPoint Live etc.], Speeches picked up by media, Mentions of Atlanta Fed in media, RPRF events and media mentions/retweets, Museum Marketing, and CED Marketing. Krystal writes social media campaign Krystal recommends new retweet (sends email to Jean and web team) Krystal is back-up contact for responding to messages or comments Content sent to editor for review/approval and Jean T. for rep review KM sends email to Web, copies editor and Jean as an FYI and schedules post on social media channel(s) KM retweets after approval from Jean T, and/or web team KM shares draft response with Jean T., editor, and web team Added Responsibilities 1.) Additional social media monitoring on news and messages to and about the Atlanta Fed 2.) Shortened URL tagging [for Webtrends tracking purposes] 3.) Formats images to ensure the correct sizing is used for the appropriate social media channel [see social media cheat sheet] social media cheat sheet 4.) Content curation – repurposing content or re- promoting content currently on the website. Will require editorial approval 5.) 3 Social Media Content Social media that’s currently written by editorial team members will continue to be written by this team and posted by the web team. Example: macroblog, inflation dashboard, Extra Credit, etc. The web team will continue to retweet ongoing data releases. Example: Fed Balance Sheet, ISM Non-manufacturing, Bloomberg Consumer Comfort, etc. In Krystal’s absence the web team will be the back-up for scheduling social media marketing campaign posts.

4 What’s required? Meeting with the web team to discuss proposed options/workflow review. Determine if access to Hootsuite as a “team member” is available. [Cost implications?] Meet with editors and web team to review the final workflow process. Additional training on URL shortener and usage in social media [this will ensure the analytics are accounted for in Webtrends] Additional training and Hootsuite best practices.
