4 Remember, most customers Buy emotionally, not logically Are not technical Don’t think savings is the most motivating factor Feel great about supporting someone they know Respond positively to the CORRECT APPROACH

5 3 key words to include in your script 1.Favour 2.Help 3.Try TIP: Urgency + Enthusiasm = SUCCESS

6 Customer acquisition script “Can you do me a huge favour?” Wait for Response!

7 Customer acquisition script “I am about to qualify for a promotion with my company and to make this happen, all I need is a few more customers right away!” “Can you do me a huge personal favour, and become one of my customers?” Wait for Response!

8 Customer acquisition script “I am about to qualify for a promotion with my company and to make this happen, all I need is a few more customers right away!” “I offer several services through an on online store. It would be GREAT if you would be a customer of ALL of my services but if not…” “Can you do me a huge personal favour, help me out and at least give one service a try?”

10 Remember… Not everyone will say YES Don’t get upset because someone won’t try your service Someone who says NO today could say YES tomorrow To think like a business and not get emotional
