10 Trading conditions Salford has a higher than average percentage of businesses at above average risk with 63% (GM Average 57%) Confidence is starting to pick up in most sectors Cash flow improving but long way to go Manufacturing only operating at 16% capacity and are freezing prices to remain competitive
